Customer Success Representative - Arabic speakers
Job Description
We are seeking Arabic speakers Native level, to act as the primary point of contact for the company's customers and connect customers with specific teams to address specific requests.
As a Customer Success Representative, you will work with customers directly to manage client relationships, opportunities or issues.
Full-time position from Monday to Friday in our Dubai office.
The salary consists of base salary + high bonuses!
Responsibilities
• Initial contact with potential Arabic-speaking customers of the company.
• Meeting prospective clients in the Dubai office
• Meeting the company targets.
• Working with various company systems.
Requirements
• Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Arabic
• Professional working proficiency in English - a plus.
• Previous experience in sales - an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Academic degree - an advantage
• Knowledge of the CFD Trading industry - a plus but not a requirement
