Job Description
Telesales Representative (TSR) is responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the telephone. TSR responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls, and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints
Responsibilities
• Reach out to customers over the telephone to address customers' questions, provide excellent customer experience, and maintain good customer relationships
• Capture customers' implicit requirements boost the renewal rate and increase average order value through upselling and cross-selling
• Improve customer service standards to reduce the customer churn rate and Increase customer loyalty
• Generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue
• Manage customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
• Develop and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
• Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
Requirements
• College degree or above
• 1+ year of Telesales experience
• Excellent skills in communication, logical reasoning and creative thinking
• Fast learners with strong interests in public cloud products and technologies
• Fluent English / Hindi is a must, any other regional language is a plus
• Possess professional customer service skills; solutions mind-set, multi-tasking, passion for customers and ability to deliver exemplary customer experience
• Ability to follow process and collaborate effectively to work in a team
